2022 NVP Goals

Membership

Foster relationships between JCI USA, states, chapters and members who will profit with the association.
Assist in retaining membership through creating opportunities for the state teams to get involved at a local level.
Identify areas within states that are lacking community support and fulfill the need by connecting or building a chapter.
Acknowledge members who make a difference within the organization despite their activities above the chapter level.
Have all assigned states at growth for the entire year by working with the membership teams on how to recruit, orientate and activate membership.

Growth and Development

Extend training opportunities to leadership to ensure they are given the tools to successfully lead within the organization.
Structure state leadership training opportunities based on relevant events happening within the organization.
Educate members on JCI USA history, initiatives, campaigns, and resources to provide the tools they need to effectively represent JCI USA within their state.
Prepare up and coming leaders by providing personal and professional development growth programming at the JCI USA level.

Administrative

Increase communication and collaboration between state leadership teams.
Aid in creating state succession plans to create sustainable chapters within the state organization.
Establish marketing plans within assigned states to increase their presence and align their branding to better promote the organization.
Have 100% of assigned states participate in Civic Leadership Certification (CLC).
Familiarize myself with all assigned State Plans to offer encouragement, motivation and ensure states are meeting their goals set for 2022.
